Layla Haddad

Layla Haddad reviews private messengers and privacy tools for Android. Her beat is the gap between what an app promises and what it actually does, so every build on this site passes through her hands before the download button goes live.

Her testing starts where the marketing stops. She installs each build on real phones, registers accounts the way a new user would, and checks the concrete claims: is the encryption really end-to-end, does the app actually collect no data, what do the permissions really touch? Version numbers, file sizes, and package names are verified against the build itself, never copied from a store listing.

Layla specializes in private registration systems like the Zangi number, permission hygiene on Android, and low-bandwidth messaging performance. Her guides favor plain language and exact steps over jargon, because the person installing a privacy app deserves to understand what is happening on their phone.
